I just recently completed a website redesign and launch of the Smarter Solutions, Inc’s company website and business management system: Integrated Enterprise Excellence. We spent the last 6 months working through the business plan (mission and vision) to arrive a new organized, clean and professional looking site. Some of the notable achievements of the new site:
- Rotating images focused on the core business areas (i.e. Strategic Planning, Performance Reporting and Scorecards, Business Improvement Program Development, Executive Coaching, and Thought Leadership and Resources);
- Integration of automated Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter marketing strategies to drive awareness and attendance of online courses and resources;
- Integration of Constant Contact to manage email distribution;
- Integration of 2-themed WordPress blogs;
- Online resource library that tracks user logins, resource and number of resource downloads, and positions articles most/least viewed throughout various pages of the site;
- Real-time search capabilities that notifies when someone is searching for a resource on the site, notifying the search type and keywords use. Also includes a reporting page to show various real-time searches
- Search Engine Optimization of an assortment of meta tags, content, images, link building and 301 redirects.
This project was a lot of hard work, but very rewarding to see the final product as well as start measuring the results of the new site. Can’t wait to see the uptick in traffic and sales!
