Hey there, partners!
You might wonder, “What in the world is Every Nation Western Supercluster?” Well, get ready to dive into an exciting update!
As you know, Every Nation’s mission is to honor God by establishing Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered, socially responsible churches, and campus ministries in every nation. One of the ways we express this mission and our core values of Lordship, Evangelism, Discipleship, Leadership, and Family is through bi-annual gatherings in Phoenix, Arizona, and Austin, Texas. These gatherings unite senior pastors and leaders to connect, pray, support, and encourage one another.
In our most recent Western Supercluster, hosted at Mosaic Church Austin in Austin, Texas, we focused on reaching the next generation and advancing campus ministry. It was an incredible time of strategizing and seeking God’s guidance.
We started by reconnecting over a delicious dinner, followed by an opening message that brought everyone up to speed on the latest Every Nation updates from our region and worldwide.
Morgan Stephens, Lead Pastor of Mosaic Church Austin, then delivered a powerful message on the five marks and means of revival for churches to aim their hearts toward.
The next day began with a scrumptious breakfast from Rudy’s, fueling us for a day filled with corporate moments of encountering God’s presence through worship, exhortation, and prayer. We also had breakout sessions and discussions, where we gathered in smaller groups to pray for each pastor’s specific needs, families, churches, and cities.
Before a delightful Tex-Mex dinner at Pappasito’s Cantina, yours truly led a panel discussion, providing valuable insights on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding campus missionaries.
Seth Trimmer, Lead Pastor of Grace City Church in Corvallis, Oregon, delivered an inspiring final keynote on desiring God for God’s sake, desiring something from God, and desiring to use God for something.
We concluded our time together by exhorting and praying over the campus directors in attendance, asking God to establish His presence in greater measure on their respective campuses and home churches. We long to see the Gospel of Jesus radically spread and transform lives even more.
As our gathering ended, there was a bittersweet feeling knowing we would have to say goodbye until our next meeting. But of course, we couldn’t resist a little friendly competition to end the cluster—an exciting cornhole tournament!
We are truly grateful for your support, prayers, and financial contributions that make events like the Western Supercluster possible. We are making a difference, connecting with fellow leaders, and advancing God’s Kingdom.
Stay tuned for more updates and exciting news as we continue our journey together. Thank you for being a vital part of our Every Nation family!
